I had a conversation with the team at Techeconomy, and it brought back so many memories from my years of building communities for fintechs. It has truly been a journey of continuous growth, multiple successes, and meaningful impact.

I’ve gone from growing and nurturing communities at Binance, to Kuda, and now Raenest ( & Geegpay by Raenest).

Through it all, a few things have remained constant:

My conversation with Techeconomy didn’t just remind me of how important it is to fully understand your brand's products when managing communities; it also reassured my belief that building genuine, lasting relationships with community members can be the key reason they continue to choose your brand.
